Our products are hygiene and health products that are not subject to normal return policies. Sex toys and equipment, condoms and underwear are classified as hygiene and health products.

The customer has a 14-day right of return under Finnish law without giving a reason, and the right of cancellation is 14 days from receipt of the order.

The right to return products purchased from the online store only applies to unused and saleable products.

The right of return is not valid for products if:

• The product's sales packaging is broken or torn.
• The product's sales packaging or plastic bag is missing.
• The seal on the product is broken or damaged.
• The plastic around the product has been broken or removed.
• The product shows signs of use, e.g. hair, dust, fur, secretions or other things that come from skin contact.

Restrictions pursuant to Chapter 6, Section 16 of the Consumer Protection Act:

Hygiene and intimate products do not have a right of return after opening the package, as the product cannot be returned for sale.

Unless otherwise agreed, the consumer does not have the right of withdrawal provided for in Section 14 if:

Goods delivered sealed and which cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons have been opened.

Broken products:
