Refund policy

Our products are hygiene and health-related items, which are not subject to normal return conditions. Sex toys and accessories, condoms, and lingerie are classified as hygiene and health products.

Customers have a 14-day right of return under Finnish law without a specific reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the receipt of the order.

The right of return for products purchased from the online store applies only to unused and resalable products.

The right of return does not apply if:

• The product’s packaging is damaged or torn.
• The product’s packaging or plastic bag is missing.
• The seal on the product is broken or damaged.
• The plastic wrapping around the product is removed or broken.
• There are signs of use on the product, such as hair, dust, fibers, bodily fluids, or any other residues from skin contact.

Restrictions in accordance with Chapter 6, Section 16 of the Consumer Protection Act:

Hygiene and intimate products cannot be returned after the packaging has been opened, as they are no longer resalable.

Unless otherwise agreed, the consumer does not have the right to cancel as specified in Section 14 if:

• A sealed product that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons has been opened.

Defective or damaged products:
